Η ιδέα της 3Π γεννήθηκε το καλοκαίρι του 1998, με έναν ξεκάθαρο σκοπό:
Να προσφέρει γεύση και ευχαρίστηση μέσα από υψηλής ποιότητας πρώτες ύλες που δίνουν αξία στην τελική παρασκευή των πελατών.
Ήταν ένα ξεκίνημα με όραμα τη διαφοροποίηση, χτισμένο πάνω στη συνέπεια, την αξιοπιστία και την αληθινή γεύση.

Two people, 75 square meters, a village in Karditsa.
The mothers helped constantly, despite their advanced age, and everything was done by hand.
The equipment was second-hand: marble countertop, pastry mixer, bread kneader, 70-liter cauldron, wooden refrigerators with polyurethane.
Potatoes, cucumbers, eggs, all processed by hand.
It was a purely handmade production, driven by passion and perseverance.

In 1998, the first eight salad dressings were created:
tzatziki, cheese salad, Russian, eggplant salad, gardener's salad, taramo salad, Hungarian and mayonnaise.
A year later, in 1999, the first mustard sauce came, inspired by the "mother of salad", Thessaloniki.
It was the beginning of diversification and innovation in flavors.
The beginning of creation

The first customer was a small cheese shop in the center of Karditsa.
There was no clientele, no prior experience in the field. There was only faith, respect, and a willingness to build something from scratch.
Many of our first partners remain with us to this day.
